Author Biography: John D. Grubbs is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Ohio.He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Houston.
His expertise is in the areas of construction management, integration of the design and construction processes, constructability analysis of designs, selection of engineering and architectural consultants and public construction.
John previously worked as an Engineer and as an Assistant Director of Public Works and Engineering for the City of Houston. He is currently a consultant providing construction management services to municipal governments and management of design and construction contracts for non-profits. He also provides assistance to construction contractors in dealing with the City of Houston. |
