As Vice President of Sales at Red Vector I have been tasked to expand the RedVector and Care2Learn customer base. I thrive under high pressure and high expectations and love a challenge. My current responsibilities include leading the sales organization, creating policy, penetrating markets and keeping the sales force energized and motivated while creating positive quantifiable results for our clients.

Originally from Lima, Peru, I moved to South Florida in 1988 to pursue my Bachelors Degree. After more than 20 years in this country I am now proud to be called an American. I graduated from Fort Lauderdale College in 1992 with my degree in Business Administration and have been working in sales ever since. My background includes telesales, direct and indirect sales in the telecom, publishing, real estate and the health care industries. I relocated to Tampa in 2003 with Talk-America Corporation. Prior to Talk America, I followed my entrepreneurial spirit when I became co-founder of Ecolatino magazine, a bilingual (English-Spanish) magazine in the NE Florida region, I was part of the team that helped make Ecolatino the #1 Spanish media magazine in the area and I am proud to say that after several years still is. I worked at BellSouth Corporation for several years where I filled different roles in the sales and marketing departments and my last task before joining RedVector was at Wellcare, a government sponsored healthcare company. I am now extremely pleased to be part of the RedVector team.

Personally, I am married with three children ages 14, 10 and 8. My family keeps me extremely busy but when I do have free time I spend it on the golf course. I also enjoy fishing and the beautiful sunshine Tampa has to offer.
