Responsibilities, Purpose and Scope:
RedVector, the leading provider of online Continuing Education for the AEC (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) industry, is currently seeking an Account Manager for its B2B Division. This is a full-time, salary plus commission position responsible for supervision, management and sales to our existing commercial accounts.
Candidate’s responsibilities include:
• Software post sales technical support
• Direct phone support with customers seeking assistance
• Assist Enterprise Sales staff by demonstrating software functionality
• Provide quality assurance and feedback to internal IT and software development team
• Skill in working with SAS (software as a service) delivery model
• Detailed reporting and tracking
• Sales of upgrades and adding new users to existing accounts
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requests from multiple users is a must.
Experience / requirements:
• Strong sales support background
• PC skilled with strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• User experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, or other customer support application
• Train new users and assist with problem resolution
• Must take direction from multiple departments and work well with all
• Experienced in providing assistance and support to software applications users at corporate headquarters level
• Strong on time attendance history
• Strong appreciation for ethical business conduct
Compensation:
Base salary plus monthly commission package. Complete benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and 401k.
