Dale E. Fage, PMP, CPE, CIAQP – Project Management Professional who holds a Masters in Education and Project Management. His extensive experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Training Management/Development, Organizational Training and Operations experience encompasses over three decades within various government and private industry. He has designed and implemented the core competency models for Project Management to include the project office, standards, process, training, assessment, audit, recovery and certification. Author of several registered seminars, courses and articles which cover a variety of professions and disciplines have been presented throughout the United States. His professional registrations and certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Plant Engineer (CPE), Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP), Training Director/Designer and Instructional Designer.

He currently facilitates, conducts assessment, and consults in the area of Project Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Consequence Management and Program Recovery. He has written several articles and manuals dealing with Project Management, Policies and Procedures relating to leadership, ethics, facilities management, survival, training and protocol for indoor air quality.

Mr. Fage also served his country for over 20 years and is a retired officer of the United States Army Special Forces. His responsibility included planning, training, operations, logistics and numerous project and programs throughout the world. Most recently, he directed, developed and wrote the training for the project management core competency model for a $1.2B Biomedical Organization while managing the start up of the project office. Prior, he led a training initiative as the Branch Chief in the development and implementation of curricula that trained 12,000 personnel annually for the US Government.

Description

This is a seven hour online course designed to provide Florida licensed contractors with basic information about Project Management. The course includes a one (1) hour session on Workers’ Compensation insurance and one (1) hour session on Workplace Safety. These two sessions meet the requirements of the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board (FCILB).
