LEED AP Prescriptive Credentialing Maintenance Program (CMP)
for Operations and Maintenance
The courses in this package meet the education requirements for the Green Building Certification Institute’s (GBCI) prescriptive credentialing maintenance option. By completing the 31 hours of courses in this package, LEED APs without specialty will satisfy the continuing education requirement needed to achieve a “with specialty” LEED designation.
All the courses in this package are approved by the USGBC and meet each category for LEED AP O+M specialty prescriptive credentialing maintenance option. The table below lists these requirements and the courses in this package that satisfy each of these categories.
