ABOUT YOU: You do not have LEED credentials, and are not credentialed by the GBCI. Presently, you wish to become either a credentialed Green Associate or LEED AP with Specialty.
Prerequisite documented LEED project experience - Course study will supplement and/or replace hands-on experience needed and approved by GBCI, or you must take the Green Associate Exam. You must pre-qualify for exam.
To meet your professional goals, you must must first pass the Green Associate Exam.
You have several options:
Option A - Become a Green Associate
Whether your goal is to become a Green Associate or proceed to LEED AP with Specialty, everyone must pass the Green Associate Exam. You may either take the Green Associate Exam alone or you can take both the Green Associate Exam and LEED AP Exam with chosen specialty in the same testing session. To be eligible to take the Green Associate Exam, you must first meet the documented LEED Project experience prerequisite or complete an educational program in Green Building Principles.
Earn Green Associate Certificate and Prepare for the LEEP AP Exam
Option B - Become a LEED AP with Specialty
To become a LEED AP with Specialty, you must have the prerequisite documented LEED project experience and pass both the Green Associate Exam and the chosen specialty exam.
