How will this webinar be delivered?

Answer: Via WebEx – the most widely used web-conferencing platform in the business! You’ll be given a link with registration instructions to use on the day of the webinar.


How do I get login credentials?

Answer: Your session information instructions will be emailed to you the day before the webinar, and again on the day it takes place.


How do I get the audio?

Answer: You’ll get your audio options after you log in to the internet portion of the webinar. You can listen through your computer speakers (if you have them) or you can call the teleconference number provided.


What if a group wants to attend the webinar?

Answer: That’s fine – but each individual must log in to the webinar at his or her own computer before attending the group presentation so we can track attendance and issue certificates.


When and how will I get my certificate?

Answer: Certificates will be available within 48 hours of the conclusion of the webinar. You will get an email notification and instructions when the certificate is ready, and you will be able to download it from your RedVector account. A RedVector account was created for you when you registered if you did not already have one.


How much credit will I earn for completing the webinar?

Answer: The webinar is approved for 1.5 hrs of general GBCI credit.
