The intention of sustainable design is to eliminate negative environmental impact completely through skillful, sensitive design. Once a fad, sustainable design is rapidly becoming mainstream due to the global environmental crisis, the rapid growth of human population, depletion of natural resources and increased regulation from government and permitting authorities. This package contains 11 courses that focus on sustainable concepts, materials, planning, modeling and LEED Certification. All courses in this package have been approved by the AIA.
