A+ 2016: Operating Systems-Server Roles and Threat Management

Many key server roles and their respective servers are being used by network and system administrators on a day-to-day basis; and, understanding the various server roles has become essential. This is an introductory course to roles such as web server, file server, print server, DHCP server, DNS server, proxy server, mail server, and authentication server. This course also addresses the increased need for threat management. As more and more sensitive information is being transported over the internet, the threat of malicious attacks has increased tremendously. This course offers an introduction to unified threat management as well as intrusion detection and prevention systems.
