At Vector Solutions, we offer both job training and continuing education services for workers and professionals in the maintenance trades—industrial maintenance and facilities maintenance.

One training, learning, and performance-improvement offering that we’re especially proud of is our partnership in offering a Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®) through the University of Tennessee, their Tickle College of Engineering, and most especially their Reliability & Maintainability Center (UT-RMC), headed by Director Dr. Klaus Blache.

As the UT-RMC explains, the RMIC® allows maintenance professionals to develop their professional career with one of the few programs of this type in the nation. The RMIC offers the basic foundation of reliability and maintainability knowledge for those who complete it while also offering flexibility to include specific training relevant to each student. The program is designed for working professionals and involves select pathways for Engineers, Trades/Technicians, and Leadership. Those who successfully complete the RMIC® program can use the RMIC® abbreviation on their professional title.

In the recorded video interview below, Dr. Klaus Blache of UT-RMC explains the RMIC®, including how it works, the benefits, the courses provided by UT-RMC, and how the online maintenance training courses offered by Vector Solutions.

Let us know if we can assist you in learning more about getting started on the RMIC® program, with other continuing education needs related to maintenance, maintainability, and reliability, or with job training for maintenance or facilities maintenance at your organization. We’ve always happy to talk and love getting a chance to partner with clients on their learning programs!
