How to Implement an LMS

In your unique work environment, where the safety of your staff is at stake and regulatory requirements are in place, training is not something you can compromise on. We have a proven process for rolling out your RedVector Learning Management System and Online University that ensures you’ll be up and running in no time.

1First, choose the online course libraries that meet the unique needs of your employees
2Next, we’ll build you a customized online university (fully hosted and supported by RedVector's state-of-the-art Learning Management System), and stock it with those courses
3Brand your online university with your company name, logo and color palette
4With the help of your own dedicated account manager, upload custom content, assign courses, and track training success in your LMS

Once your online university is built, we’ll help you roll it out to your team members. We’ve worked with an extensive list of clients to launch more than 400 online universities. With this in mind, below are 5 tips to implement, roll out and promote your RedVector LMS:

1 Prepare and organize your course libraries in the LMS, and add your own proprietary company information (e.g. safety initiatives).
2 Get acquainted with LMS administrator dashboard functions and capabilities, including assigning courses, uploading materials, and tracking and reporting completions. Here, you’ll also have access to licensure renewal requirement information and much more.
3Help students familiarize themselves with their LMS, where they can search for courses or take those that have been assigned to them. Ensure that they can access the courses that will help them satisfy licensure and certification requirements, fulfill areas of deficiencies, help them keep up with the latest regulatory standards and much more. Or, set up training course packages for new hires, leadership and others.
4Apply blended learning. The RedVector LMS supports Blended Learning by providing the ability to upload outside training records, agendas, presentations and track outside training events.
5Promote your training program. Promote the benefits of flexible, self-paced eLearning and access to CE via posters, welcome emails and more.
