LEARNING PLANS FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Grow Your Staff's Skills. Grow Your Business.

To make it easy to administer an online curriculum that is both timely and relevant to every member of your company, we have organized our extensive industrial course library into topic and role-based learning plans. Select one or more predefined learning plans developed by Subject Matter Experts to help your employees take their industrial training to the next level.

Choose from twelve industrial training learning plan options (100 – 300 courses in each):

  • Industrial Safety
  • Power Generation
  • Transmission and Distribution
  • Operations
  • Mechanical Maintenance
  • Electrical Maintenance
  • Electronics

  • Industrial Fundamentals
  • Multi-Craft
  • Laboratory Technician
  • Instrumentation and Control
  • Process Operations and Maintenance

In most learning plans, courses become progressively more difficult and provide a measurable, steady development as an employee advances to upper tiers. For example, a course labeled “Electrical Theory Tier 2” will be increasingly more challenging than “Electrical Theory Tier 1.”

RedVector Learning Plans:

  • Include sequenced courses, in specialized learning blocks, spanning four stages
  • Begin with a package of fundamental training courses to provide awareness of key knowledge / skill areas in a typical industrial environment
  • Should be used in conjunction with instructor-led training to provide the ultimate blended learning experience and improve retention
