This course is designed to help managers, supervisors, and human resource professionals understand the legal and practical issues associated with testing employees for drug use. It will inform designated employees on the "dos" and "don'ts", "whys" and "hows" in making a fair, reliable, and reasonable suspicion for a drug referral to cover suspected employees performing safety-sensitive job functions.
