This 4-hour online course is the second of two courses based on Title XXXII, Chapter 489 of the Florida 2006 Statutes, Regulation of Professions and Occupations: Contracting. The purpose of Chapter 489 is to regulate the construction industry for the health, safety, and well-being of the community, and help prevent public financial losses due to unlicensed contracting.
