Many connection design software packages work within or very closely with BIM software to automatically generate connections within the model. Software features are becoming more and more extensive and it’s important for learners to understand the limitations. Whether it’s commercial software, spreadsheets or MathCad, the majority of connection design is automated. This course will discuss the approach one should take in reviewing these connections. This course will attempt to offer advice regarding the many situations where design cannot be automated.
Note: This is a live webinar delivered via WebEx. Session instructions will be emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to the webinar and the morning of the webinar.
