This course provides a review of the National Electrical Code® (NEC) specific to onsite solar and batteries, including the NEC 2020 updates on rapid shutdown and lithium ion technology. This course is perfect for improving onsite electrical knowledge of solar and batteries to enhance project planning and technical proficiency. Some items covered include, the NEC as it relates to solar design and batteries and the similarities and differences between residential and commercial project requirements. This course is written for building professionals seeking to improve their knowledge of the NEC and understanding of electricity in general.
