From how we learn, how we communicate and how we do business, technology is changing our world in so many ways. Studies predict that by 2020, over one-third of the global workforce will be "freelancers.” What that means is that the most highly educated and skilled workers will be in the greatest demand. That is why I am so excited to be a part of the RedVector team.

As Senior Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Sales teams for RedVector’s AEC and industrial segments, and for Vector Solutions’ newest brand, LearnSmart, which supports project management, IT and network security professionals, I champion our online training solutions, which include thousands of quality eLearning courses and a state-of-the-art LMS. My mission is to help our clients stay current with their own industries, as well as their client’s industries, and provide career path curriculums for their employees through RedVector's world-class training offerings.

With 20+ years of experience in the technology space, I have seen first hand how technology can change and improve organizations. At RedVector, we are highly motivated to use our technology to improve not only your employee knowledge but your organization as a whole. And RedVector has the passion to support your organization as if you were part of our own.

My other passions include my husband and six children and serving our community in Tampa Bay within a variety of local organizations. I attended Ole Miss on a vocal scholarship and have a BA from The University of Mississippi and an MBA from the University South Florida. I also have a university certificate in lean six sigma, which I earned, you guessed!

One fun fact about me is that I appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show to help my friend launch her now billion-dollar innovation, “SPANX”. So as you can guess, I love to see women succeed in business, and my favorite “Super Friends” hero is Wonder Woman.
