RedVector's superior support begins with your account manager, a dedicated professional who works with you to ensure that all your training goals are met. From helping guide you through the setup of your online university to helping determine your exact training needs and providing regular reports and trend data, your account manager is your partner.
Onboarding and Implementation Support
RedVector will help you ensure the smooth implementation of your online university and learning management system (LMS). Your onboarding experience carries through the first few months of engagement, and from there we provide ongoing utilization and marketing support to help you promote your training program.
When required, implementation support includes customization and integration with internal and third-party systems.
Custom Course and Competency Upload
Your dedicated RedVector Account Manager will help guide you through the process of uploading your custom online courses or custom competency assessments into the LMS, helping facilitate timely and consistent distribution of company training and skills gap assessments.
RedVector will work with you to build a customized online orientation course that delivers key introductory information to employees at every location, ensuring quality and consistent training. In addition, our IT team is always ready should the need for technical assistance arise.
