ONLINE UNIVERSITY

The Place to Train

Your own online university can be a substantial tool in helping your company ensure safety, improve skills, meet continuing education and regulatory compliance requirements, support professional development activity, and recruit and retain the best employees in a competitive field.

How It Works

  1. First, choose the online course libraries that meet the unique needs of your employees
  2. Next, we’ll build you a customized online university (fully hosted and supported by RedVector's state-of-the-art Learning Management System), and stock it with those courses

3. Brand your online university with your company name, logo and color palette
4. With the help of your own dedicated account manager, upload custom content, assign courses, track training and report completions to state boards and professionals organizations (where applicable)

Branded Online Universities Are Made up of 3 Parts:

Course Libraries – Organized into topic and role-based course packages, our libraries make it easy to administer an online curriculum that is most relevant to every member of your organization.

Learning Management System – Our LMS was developed specifically to handle education tied to safety, regulatory and compliance requirements for a variety of industries. It organizes education into one central location and provides a guided student experience. For administrators, it offers robust tools for uploading custom courses, and assigning, managing and reporting on training.

Support Services – RedVector support begins with our account management team — a group of professionals who work to train your administrators and ensure goals are met. For your users, RedVector maintains a full-time Client Support Team. Each user who contacts Client Support will speak with a representative who can answer questions about courses, testing, site functionality, technical issues and more.

RedVector online training courses can also be integrated with your organization’s existing learning management system.
