The State of Texas has passed laws that provide the minimum specifications for required actions. This informative interactive online course explores the state's requirements for Land Surveyors, discussing Title 22, Part 29 of the Texas Administrative Code (Act), administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
