Biography
Previously a professor at Georgia Institute of Technology and State University College of New York at Brockport, Dr. McFadden has more than 15 years experience teaching to diverse student groups, including contractors, professional engineers, and architects. She has developed courses on Technical Writing, which she has subsequently taught as part of Chitester Management Systems, Inc.’s continuing education program. She has also developed on-line and home study courses on Construction Claims, including Acceleration Claims, Changed Work Claims, Delay Claims, Labor Productivity Loss Claims, and Termination Claims, in addition to courses on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Currently, she is managing a project to develop and produce a line of continuing education home study courses that integrates CD-Rom technology with traditional textbooks to present an interactive learning experience. Dr. McFadden has developed such courses on The Americans with Disabilities Act: Title II and Title III, Project Management, and Communication and Leadership, among others. Ms. McFadden has developed and presented seminar programs on marketing for the Florida DOT DBE Supportive Services Program.
