This
2-hour interactive online course recommends procedures for selecting, designing, and construction of full depth repair of Portland cement concrete pavements. Full depth repair is a concrete pavement restoration technique that can be used to restore the structural integrity of certain types of distresses. It involves replacing concrete pavement the full width of a lane and the full depth of the concrete section. Full depth repair may restore the pavement to close to its original condition. It is used to repair pavements where options such as diamond-grinding and partial-depth repair are not sufficient to repair the pavement. The Federal Highway Administration recommends its use as part of a comprehensive Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation (CPR) program. Information regarding cost and performance is also included in this course.
There is a test included at the end of this course.
