Biography
Mr. Rivera-Sanchez earned his M.B.A. in Finance at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. As Chitester Educational Services Director of Operations, he currently supervises a staff responsible for the development and presentation of a wide variety of continuing education programs and services for industry professionals, including engineers, contractors and architects.
His career in the U.S. Army spanned over 20 years and culminated in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During his time in the military, Mr. Rivera-Sanchez designed programs of Instruction for U.S. Army units and individuals, and developed and presented courses to U.S. Army Officers and enlisted personnel.
