Course Objectives
At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Analyze an example restaurant layout for accessibility according to the 2010 ADA Standards.
2. Design a restaurant floorplan that complies with the 2010 ADA Standards.
3. List at least 3 components of a restaurant the need to be accessible.
4. Summarize the benefits of designing and/or operating a restaurant that is accessible to people with disabilities.
