To help provide structure and simplification to the wall selection process, this webinar reviews the knowledge base and decision path needed for building professionals to make the best wall system selections for their particular situations and needs. The webinar starts with a brief history of commercial curtain walls, with special emphasis on the key factors that have shaped today’s commercial wall market. Next, all major types of commercial wall systems are reviewed, with a focus on their specific strengths and shortcomings. Finally, the key performance features of each modern wall system are compared against a list of critical functions they are expected to perform. By comparing the key features of modern wall systems against these critical performance requirements, building professionals can be equipped to evaluate and select wall system alternatives in a logical and cost-effective manner.
