This 3-hour online course contains the elements of reversion and the results when reversion takes place. It also includes diagrams of the methods for the division of vacated streets. This is Part 3 of a three-part course series offered on RedVector.com concerning Easements & Reversion Rights. In order to have a full understanding of the existence of easements and their resulting reversion rights, the three parts of the course should be completed in sequence.

Part I deals with the basic elements of easements and rights in land. Part II deals with several types of rights-of way. Part III covers reversion rights that occur when an easment is terminated.

This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end of each section.
