- Discuss the factors that determine organizational readiness to manage a project
- Define "Design Thinking" and discuss how it can be used for project selection and planning

During that time he has instructed, authored courses, advised training companies and corporations, and applied the best practices of project management in his work at Microsoft, Plex, and others.
