Asbestos Management

This three hour online interactive course is based on the Environmental Protection Agency's Handbook for Managing Asbestos in Place. Asbestos containing materials are still found in hundreds of thousands of buildings, so it is important for members of the construction industry to know how to deal with it. Asbestos is dangerous when its fibers are released into the air, so removing the asbestos is not always the best course of action. This course focuses on how to start and run a successful asbestos operations and maintenance program. This course includes a multiple choice quiz at the end of each section.
