CPM Scheduling Part I

This 4 hour interactive online course provides an overview of scheduling techniques, plus an introduction to the background, principles and techniques of Critical Path Method(CPM)Schedule application for the management and control of construction projects. The course emphasizes the basic concepts of CPM scheduling and the application of those concepts. Topics covered include scheduling techniques, specifying the schedule, developing and integrating the schedule, and relating schedule and cost. This course provides a basic foundation for project planning and scheduling. It is divided into four sections and a quiz follows each section. You must complete the quiz before moving on to the next section.
