Well presented
By (Architect) on Sep, 06, 2021
Well presented. Very clear and great to hear the stressing of the point on the need to listen. As a LifeNet Greif Companion it was focused on deeply in our training. "Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person, they are almost indistinguishable.”? David W. Augsburger, from his book(?) "Caring Enough to Hear and Be Heard" I wonder if the differences between Strategy 3 - "Collaborating" and Strategy 4 - "Compromising and Negotiating" could be better developed in the presentation to be better separate them I really struggled to think of them as different. I got stuck on the questions about them. I wanted to go back and re-listen. Very impressed with the Red Vector system. Buttons clicked worked. No odd crashes. All pretty logical.

Good basic course on conflict resolution in the workplace
By (Engineer) on Nov, 13, 2020
Good basic course on conflict resolution in the workplace. However, this course appears to be the exact same course content from 2013 to 2020. It would be more interesting if the content was updated periodically.

Great to see and hear the instructor teach the course. Having a real person to teach/discuss the topics is very effective. More examples could make the topics easier to understand and to apply.
