- Discuss the differences between the different QuickBooks Online versions as well as QuickBooks Desktop
- Navigate around the QuickBooks Interface, including Dashboards, Money Bars, and the Quick Create menu
- Create and edit Estimates, Invoices, Sales Receipts, and Deposits
- Describe various ways to troubleshoot reports
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT: Bigger Brains
In 2009, Bigger-Brains founder Chip Reaves was tasked with creating an online training platform for Computer Troubleshooters, a global franchise network.
