The rise of micromobility options (such as scooters and e-bikes), the rapid development of autonomous vehicles, and the expansion of shared transit systems are reshaping how people move through cities and communities. These innovations promise greater efficiency and accessibility, but they also pose new challenges for urban designers, planners, architects, and engineers who must prioritize public health, safety, and welfare (HSW) in the built environment. This two-hour webinar examines the design principles and planning frameworks needed to create safe, efficient, and inclusive mobility systems.
