• Be more knowledgable in how to handle problems by reviewing past examples.
• Be able to talk with the designer of your plant without embarrasment.
• Be able to upgrade your plant with assurance that you are headed in the right direction.
• Be able to understand what your micro-organisms are doing, and what to look for to avoid problems in your treatment.
