This course covers standards involving land titles and location, horizontal and vertical measurements, monuments, coordinates and triangulation, maps and plats, and violation. For more than 30 years, he has provided services essential to a balanced mix of public and private sector clients. Mr. Chitester's expertise has been applied to multi-million dollar hotels and resorts, industrial process plants, power generating facilities, office and commercial buildings. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and his background includes a number of years on active construction sites.
