Network security is important regardless of the size of the organization or the type of business. Part of information technology is information security; it is the duty of IT personnel to ensure that corporate assets such as company data, systems, and services are secure. In our course, Network Security, the students will be covering topics that include planning for network security, identify threats and vulnerabilities, protection techniques and how to implement them, and handling security incidents. This course is paired with several demos that offer a real world look at many of the topics that will be covered in this course. Network Security, is another installment for the CompTIA Network+ certification.
