This 2-hour interactive online course is part of a series of Team Building and is designed to provide participants with the skills, techniques and strategies necessary to successfully fulfill the team leader''s role in teams. This course is geared towards the team member who desires to become an effective team LEADER or the veteran leader who wants to 'brush' up on the topic of leadership. Beginning with an evaluation of the elements and attributes of a successful team leader, this course examines the importance of communication, active listening, self-direction and problem solving in a practical and easy to read format.
There is a test included at the end of this course.
