  •  Identify existing and potential energy performance reporting trends and requirements in municipalities across the country that affect society, environment, economy, and human welfare.
  •  Compare and contrast the proposed City of Portland Energy Performance Requirements to similar energy trends across the United States intended to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions. 
  • Compare and contrast different stainability frameworks such as LEED, Greenglobes, WELL Building, etc and discuss how best to determine what is right for your project.
