Mark Reinsel is president of Apex Engineering, an independent consulting firm specializing in treatment evaluation, testing and design for industrial wastewater, stormwater and drinking water. He has over 30 years of experience in consulting, industry and academia. Dr. Reinsel holds Ph.D. and B.S. degrees in chemical engineering from Montana State University. He has earned several industrial and academic awards, and holds one patent.
