Court decisions provide basic principles and guidelines, but in order to apply them, it is first necessary to understand how they arose, and what are their limitations and applications.
This 3-hour interactive online course is the first of three parts discussing the basics of boundary retracement. Discussion centers around following ancient boundaries, stressing the use, and correction of magnetic bearings. Seven court cases are presented:
