He has extensive industrial experience with 23 years in the pulp and paper industry and 12 years in institutional and pharmaceutical facility management.
 
His responsibilities have included engineering design, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and power plant utilities management.
 
Areas of expertise include HVAC design, commissioning and qualification, construction administration, and energy cost savings initiatives.

Good Material. Some of the checkpoint questions occurred before the material was actually presented. Some of the checkpoint questions indicated the responses were incorrect when the responder actually chose the correct response.

A couple of times, the review questions came up before the relevant topic was addressed. An in one case, the review answer war marked as incorrec when it was indeed correct.

I don't want to go back through and find specific examples but at least 2 questions were asked multiple times and the slide advanced on one or two occasions before finishing the explanation. I think that another editing pass should be done.

There are several errors in the webinar. There are two progress questions that are incorrect. When you select the correct answer, the system response says, "incorrect," then informs you the of the correct answer is the same one you selected.

Course doesn't provide enough information to determine total dynamic head or BHP. Please provide distinct formulas to calculate total dynamic head and an example of that calculation. For example, Total head = total discharge head - total suction head (where each total head - suction and discharge - includes pressure head + velocity head + static head). Show diagrams of a pump with its suction side liquid elevation and its discharge side liquid elevation, etc.. Also show basic equations for calculating BHP from motor's rated HP and efficiency. Bringing up "energy divided by mass" was odd and not used anywhere I can recall. Also, many of the questions had incorrect responses - I answered a few correctly, as clearly shown in pop-up box, but was told they were incorrect ! Also, the wording of some questions and potential answers are hard to make out exactly what you mean.

174 slides is a bit much. Also, why is there not a slider on each slide so that I can back up and listen to a part again? Without that, I have listen to the entire slide again if I missed a section. Finally, many of the questions within the slides are broken, and yield "incorrect" for any answer.
