PMBOK® Guide - Eighth Edition: The Agile Mindset and Principles

This course explores the agile mindset and principles as defined and reinforced by the PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition, with a strong emphasis on the difference between “doing agile” and “being agile.” Rather than focusing on tools, frameworks, or specific methodologies, this course examines agility as a way of thinking, behaving, and making decisions in environments where change, uncertainty, and learning are constant.
