Designed with a brand-neutral approach, the fundamental maintenance practices covered are applicable to all major robot manufacturers including FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, and KUKA.
The course emphasizes practical skills that enable faster problem diagnosis, efficient troubleshooting, and reduced downtime. Key topics include EOAT (End-Of-Arm Tooling) inspection and alignment, harness and servo amplifier maintenance, axis reducer replacement and calibration, and predictive maintenance strategies. Students will learn how mechanical, electrical, and control systems interact and develop observation skills to catch problems before costly failures occur.
