Safety Challenge: Mastermind - Hazard Essentials puts learners in the hot seat for a fast-paced, quiz-show–style safety showdown designed to reinforce essential workplace safety knowledge. Drawing from Vector’s most completed foundational safety courses and reflecting OSHA Top 10 violation trends, this interactive game challenges participants with 15 progressively difficult questions covering Hazard Communication (GHS), PPE requirements, slips, trips and falls, fire safety, and back injury prevention. Learners strategically use lifelines such as 50:50, Audience Poll, and Phone a Colleague as they advance through levels and compete for the top spot on the leaderboard. Designed as a high-impact refresher, this gamified experience strengthens hazard awareness, reinforces compliance fundamentals, and boosts knowledge retention through engaging, decision-based gameplay.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to recognize hazards and compliance requirements related to Hazard Communication (GHS), PPE, slips, trips and falls, fire safety, and back injury prevention.
