PMBOK® Guide - Eighth Edition: Identifying and Managing Stakeholders

This course explores stakeholder management through the PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition's Stakeholder Performance Domain. Projects rarely fail because of technology or tools alone, but because people affected by the work were not properly engaged or included in key decisions. The course follows two parallel storylines: a film production project in Traverse City, Michigan navigating relationships with city officials, business owners, and residents, and NorthLight AI working in an agile environment where stakeholder expectations evolve sprint by sprint. Learners will see how stakeholder engagement works in both predictive and adaptive project environments.
